Chapel Cottages

Chapel Cottages, in Chapel Lane make an attractive terrace. They were built in or shortly before 1843, at date inscribed on one of the bricks. They are constructed from flints that come from Caen in France, these were brought back as ballast in ships that had exported goods to France.

They look delightful with great charm, I always feel that an older property is far mor attractive than a new house!
