Pam is notorious as not the best time keeper in the world, however she could learn a trick from Dover Council. Last week the notice on the car park works stated that it would be finished by May 5th. As you can see it isn't. But they're not late, the notice has metamorphosed into May 18th. This piece of magic means that although they are way behind they are still on time, a trick I never managed with my boss.
It isn't quite as bad as it could have been, there is a way round and some parking is possible on the unfinished bits that haven't got machinery on them.
