Mermaid sighted at St Margaret's Bay!

It never happened before, but there has to be a first time! I went down to the Bay this afternoon hoping to see a few sea birds battling with the northerly wind, well there were quite a few Gannets but little else and then I saw the most beautiful mermaid. The Pacific Mermaid to be precise, flying the New Zealand flag. Even to me this didn't look like your normal cabin cruiser, so I had a look on the Internet to find out about it.
Here's what I found:
Length: 32m/105ft Beam: 7.5m/24.6ft Draught: 1.83m/6ft .
Pacific Mermaid is a private Motor yacht, built for the Winter Family of Auckland, New Zealand, and is running as a very successful charter vessel based at Auckland Viaduct Harbour
She is a stylish pleasure craft, 105 feet long and built to Lloyds Class A, and equipped with all modern safety gear and systems e.g.: GPS navigation, Mini Sat. phone, Internet, and e-mail.
Pacific Mermaid has already achieved an enviable reputation for its ability to create a cruise to remember, in privacy and tranquility. From the moment you step on board you will sense a difference. You'll discover an intimate atmosphere, and a way of living that combines the best of both worlds: relaxation and a good bit of luxury.
Guests will enjoy the spacious areas on board and every guest cabin has its own En-suite, with full size bath, bidet & shower. Telephone, TV and VCR are standard in all cabins. The Pacific Mermaid offers catering for up to eighty guests with superb cuisine and a great selection of wines.
Pacific Mermaid is on charter to Team New Zealand for this Americas Cup. She was previously chartered in the Fijian Islands and motored up, under her own steam.
If you fancy a charter there is a phone number on the WEB, be nice for the summer hols!
