Grey Day, Black and White Birds

he farmyard, at Church Farm East Langdon has a gaggle mainly white geese paddling about in the mud and they occasionally wander into the road.

The area, that now seems to be a large pile of tyres covering something rather nasty has become very attractive to various members of the crow family

There were hundreds of Jackdaws, Carrion Crows and Rooks as I came by today. As soon as I stopped the car they took off from the trees behind the yard and circled in the grey sky.

It would have been a good day for a bit of old fashioned black and white photography.
