Here Jack playing at left defence (it's a seven-a-side game) came in to tackle the tigers No 7, a very accomplished player. Jack did well and got the ball into touch. The Tigers had slightly the better of the first half and built up a 2-0 lead.
The Wolves best player, Kit did have the chance to reduce to deficit with a penalty, but unfortunately as well as clearing the keeprs head he also cleared the bar. The Wolves did get back into the game but in the end lost 3-2. Other scores today were a 2-0 win for one team of reds over another team of reds, and another team of reds loosing a 2 nil lead to the Iron.
Meanwhile back in sunny? Kent, Bockhill continued it good run of Autumn birds.
