One bird I'd always wanted to see was a Sun Bittern. This was taken from a rather leaky wooden boat, but still shows the strange pose that it gets into.
A real poser, this Black-faced Hawk has all the markings of a Highway man. This bird allowed close scrutiny for several minutes.
