We live next door to Chris Donald, who has seen many comings and goings in the village, as a local mid-wife and local nurse. The spring like weather has got to her and she has a new car, a convertible so she can benefit for the beautiful weather, while she speeds round the lanes. Soon after I'd taken her picture sitting in her modern toy I saw this old MG parked in the village. I did occur to me that this was much nearer Chris's vintage and wondered who was the lucky owner.By the way, after my moan the other day about the lack of action on the burnt out house site, scaffolding has gone up to day and some work is taking place. A coincidence, but a good one.
