There are two things that are predictable at Spring Bank Holiday weekends. First it will rain and second, despite this the exodus to the seaside will take place. The car park, now finished, with hideous speed bumps and parking bays marked out with wooden dividers will fill up and the visitors will enjoy themselves, probably in traffic jams on the way home.
