This is a small village near Dover in Kent. My intention is to show some of the Village, its history and the wildlife I find there.

The three Generation Game.
Three generations of Morris's spending the afternoon looking at a rubbish tip near Blackburn.
Mike Watson was kind, or foolish, enough to record this event for posterity. We failed to find the Caspian Gull that had been here a day ago, or any other of the more unusual gulls. Unfortunately the fog had prevented us being able to see Fishmoor reservoir, where the gulls normally assemble and bathe before roosting on the equally fog shrouded factory roofs nearby. Hopefully there will be some birds on January the first, both here and for all the brave souls out starting on their year lists. I would like to wish everyone a good and happy 2009.
