Probably a Continental visitor on a winter visit.

Apologies for the quality, these were taken as it started to get dark from 3 pm onwards., through a rain splattered window. But it is rather good to have a Blackcap feeding just feet away from the window. On Christmas day there were two, a male and a female. Winter Blackcaps in the UK are mainly visitors from central Europe, while our breeders, sensibly go for the Mediterranean sun. Exposure details on each photo.
