I noticed that there's been some activity at the Village rookery in the last few days. Rooks get to do a clean up and repair job fairly early in the season. Unfortunately I couldn't stop today as I was on my way to a longish session in the dentists chair. Although he didn't extract any teeth, he certainly extracted a fair amount out of my wallet. The injections have worn off now but I'm feeling a bit sore, so I won't be opening any beer bottles with my teeth tonight!
