Watching the weather forecast last night was ominous. The best she could say was that despite the rain it wouldn't be very cold. It would rain pretty much all day, and when it wasn't raining it would be dull and probably drizzly. I suppose I should be pleased that we have a forecasting service that it so accurate. A few views from the house show how grim it was, but for January the garden is looking very green.
